Is Gervonta angry he's about to be sacrificed???

Sounds like Gervonta Davis is biting the hand that feeds him. Davis is angry at Floyd haymon ellerbe for trying to force him to fight Romero. Just like when Floyd freaked out about Arum forcing him to fight Margarito in 2006, which Floyd ducked and then finally bought out of Top Rank contract for $750,000 just to duck Margarito and then fight that bum Baldomir.
Davis seems upset and angry about being forced to fight Romero. So it suggests that Floyd haymon ellerbe are giving up on Davis. They know he only generates small money. They know he's mediocre and will get destroyed by Loma, Haney, Lopez, Kambosos and even Farmer. He can only beat PBC hired patsies.
So it seems Haymon floyd want to sacrifice davis to Romero and transfer davis minor star power to Romero and go forward with Romero.
It's embarrassing and revealing that davis is making a big crybaby scene about being forced to fight Romero isn't it. davis is and always was a protected fraud like wilder and like wilder, they failed to create a money making attraction. The only way to create a money making star attraction is by making him fight and beat the best, not hired pbc patsies.

davis clearly does not want to be forced to fight Romero. If you can't sense that in his words you have no sense. Why on earth is being sour about being pushed to fight Romero????? Because he knows he's being set up. Just like Arum tried to set up Floyd to get slaughtered by Margarito in 2006.
davis is dumb but he ain't that dumb. he knows floyd and haymon are about to dump him. Contract expiring and forcing him to fight Romero. davis be scared.

Mind you, what he says in interviews, and who he actually fights in the ring, are two different stories.
Any fighter up to 147 would jump at the chance of a career high payday to fight Tank.

Sure he does, unless you're saying he's a total puppet. Floyd actually picked every single one of his opponents except for Pac who he was forced to fight by Les Moonves. Top Rank gave floyd a list of possible opponents and floyd checked off who he would fight. Under Haymon it was even more selective control. davis is more of a puppet who does what he's told. the problem with davis is like wilder he doesn't generate money. So it's time to sacrifice him. floyd and haymon are giving up on davis and he's not happy about losing that protection. Lack of confidence to win real fights after all the pbc set ups they gave him.

gervonta has said openly he's not happy with his level of opposition , and admits hes not been fighting good guys. i respect that. i think he's confident in his abilities and wants to show he can beat the best, and realizes that's not happening at the moment due to his matchmaking

davis doesn't want better fights because they will be real fights and he'll lose to the elites like Lopez, Kambosos, Farmer, Loma Garcia, etc. The loss will be so bad it will end him as a potential moneymaker. davis wants to be protected by floyd and haymon but for some reason (most likely because davis doesn't make money) floyd and haymon don't want him anymore, if you read between the lines, they want to go with Romero - and davis realizes this.
davis knows he can't beat the best, he's only good at beating pbc hired patsies and divers like dovalev.
