I wonder if the people running it adjust it for delays etc, as in are there people running the app live throughout event or is it just essentially an alarm based on the pre published ring walk times?

I think it’s the former.

Someone/some people watching the events live and then just ping on the app maybe 10 mins before walk ins are due.

Does it tell when they start their ring walk or like 5 mins before they’re due out.
