Kostya Tszyu's training?

I always hear that Tszyu trains ridiculously hard for fights. Does anyone know what he actually does in training?

I have just taken this from his book,
He is talking about when he is at the institute of sport:
My day went something like this. Wake up just before dawn. Go for a run as the sun is rising. After about an hour stop for breakfast. Have a short 40 minute nap. Take part in a training session for about 2-3 hours. Have lunch. Have another short nap.Train another 2-3 hours. Have dinner. Rest, sleep. After 3 weeks at the insitute he says his fitness is back and it is time to start heavy training with Johnny Lewis.
He says his training is the same with Johnny Lewis except he does a lot of sparring in the morning sessions and a lot of bag work in the afternoon instead of the cardio and weights he does at the institue of sport.

I posted his training regime on another thread somewhere, it's called something like hardest trainers in boxing.
It's available (along with loads of other world champs regimes) in a book called boxing's greatest workouts by Gary Todd.

i presume sam won, he wasnt fighting a particularly dangerous guy, just biding his time for a shot at Hopkins (he is IBF number 1)

me neither, but Hopkins either has to fight or vacate the IBF.....
