It could go either way. I don't think that the great Pernell Whitaker would have an easy time. It would be worse if the fight is in Buenos Aires, Argentina at the famous Luna Park Stadium.

It would be a classic, Locche would decision Sweet Pea in Locche's hometown, but Sweet Pea would out-jab and out-counter him with quicker speed to take a decision in 15 rounds either in Argentina or in America.

Sweet Pea would have to win by a shutout or knockout in Argentina. He won't do any of the two. There is no way that The Untouchable will lose in his own town.
