GGG on Canelo: "He did something wrong. It will not be completely forgotten." That juicy beef ain't gonna be forgotten!

“He did something wrong. It will not be completely forgotten. You don’t come out clean after doing something wrong. It’ll stay with you,” Golovkin told BS.com and other reporters through a translator.
In 2018, prior to their rematch, Golovkin released an advertising spot through his sponsor Jordan jabbing at Alvarez’s failed test.
“Superhuman power requires a special ingredient,” Golovkin’s then-trainer Abel Sanchez said while eating a steak as the Kazakh fighter vigorously trained. “And it’s called hard work.”
“I don’t even think about him,” Golovkin said. “Like him or not like him. He’s not a good looking girl. I have a wife, I love my wife. I think about her. I don’t think about him.”
G ain't that fool to get lured in to the media/promotion trap of "beefing" vs Canelo.
He's just serving them some low key-warm words.

There will inevitably be lots of articles published by the media detailing controversies to help promote a bout between a 31 year old top-ten pound-for-pounder that just tasted defeat during his most recent outing, and an inactive 40½ year old past-his-prime fighter that hasn’t delivered an impressive performance within the last four years.
For sure, I’ll watch the bout, but the outcome already appears to be a foregone conclusion.
And I feel that die-hard boxing fans probably won’t be excited about seeing this fight, but if Matchroom/DAZN and both camps keep "disclosing" controversies to the media, hoping to dishonestly portray this bout as a “grudge match”, then gullible mainstream fans will inevitably tune in.
The second GGG-Canelo bout achieved 1.1m PPV buys, but their third fight won’t achieve anywhere near those numbers.

lol @ Canelo getting mad at GGG for reminding him he is a drug cheat. Canelo joins a long list of boxers that have their resumes tainted. People will wonder how many of their victories were PED related, and should be no contests, or losses.

Hey EO, why do you talk like that? You seem to express yourself with a wooden language. You're basically afraid to say your opinion, plain and simple. You're not a straightforward person. You seem like a slimy weasel. lol

Very good point.
Probably in the Bivol fight he was clean bc he was gassing out big time. Of course that the weight addition played a major role too.
I wonder if the modern peds nowadays are getting detected in blood after a correct cycle off?
Another interesting Q is if a ped user is anonymously testing himself to see the values of the peds in blood before a contest? If its in very small admissibly traces that ain't a red flag then its ok, if not, then he'd have to delay the contest via an injury ? lol

I expressed several opinions within the same post - you just didn't bother to read them.
You just want to attack and insult me, out-of-the-blue, for no damn reason!
What do you want me to say about a video posted April 2018?
In terms of Golovkin's words, he claims that Canelo "did something wrong", but according to today's rules, he hasn't.
I can't be bothered spending more time on this discussion, but if you need a history lesson to remind you of all the facts... then I'll resurrect an old post of mine to educate you on real-world historical reality:
Enlightened-One wrote: ↑28 Mar 2022, 05:47In 2018, Canelo served a six-month suspension between the GGG bouts for testing positive once for clenbuterol (two samples obtained at the same time, with the testing administered by VADA).
The NSAC also performed hair follicle tests on Canelo and they came back negative for any traces of clenbuterol. They also conceded that there was no suspicion whatsoever of the Mexican intentionally doping.
The WBC, USADA and WADA (which covers lots of sports, not just boxing) subsequently increased the threshold for testing positive for clenbuterol, because it was deemed impossible to determine whether failed tests were due to ingesting contaminated meat or genuine doping.
They also felt that is was unreasonable to assume that athletes, especially those residing in Mexico and China, could avoid consuming contaminated meat that contained traces of clenbuterol (since that drug isn't globally banned in livestock farming).
Under the new/currently existing policy rules, Canelo would have never tested positive for a banned substance or served a suspension, which means he would have almost certainly engaged in the GGG rematch much earlier.
For the record, WADA isn’t directly affiliated with VADA – their rules aren’t the same.
WADA deals with all sports, not just boxing, and them changing their rules had nothing whatsoever to do with Canelo.

Indeed but being the cash cow of boxing , the boxing industry wants to keep his profile high to milk more money from the casuals and the fans. Canelo got outboxed before by FMJ and Lara but his profile stocks were still going up.

Garcia further predicted about the fight. He said, “I feel whoever loses that fight will have to retire for sure. I feel like I think GGG is going to have an amazing fight someway, somehow. Obviously, there’s Canelo, but I just have a sense that GGG is gonna have a performance of a lifetime. I’m gonna say GGG.”
Is Garcia knowing something or he just emotional?

I hope he’s right !
But he isn’t is he ?
Canelo will be a weight div heavier and nobody gets better for turning 40 and being inactive..
GGG won the first fight and he still didn’t win then .A shame.

The big unknowns here are how GGG performs at 168? At 40, hope he is allowed to juice up, or at least purchase some rounds/judges.
Pulling for GGG regardless.

Hope GGG sparks him.
Can't stand Canelo and his hand-picked judges who give him a four round advantage in any fight. Absolutel joke of a man.
Don't like his fans either.

The reality is that G is old. Only if he would be able to juice up to the gills and not get caught, I guess he'd be able to give to gingerboy a tough 12 rds fight. But G is a clean, honest fighter. I think G would get badly hurt to the body.

if there would be anything like corrective justice in boxing following obvious corruption, canelo would have to win all 12 rounds by shut out to get a fvckin draw.
nobody wants that.
all we want is a fair fight with objective & fair judging.
and of course we want get that.
ggg again has zero chance to get the decision. he has to go in that fight knowing his only chance to get the W is to knock canelo the fvck out.

Victor Conte said getting caught is easy to avoid if your boxer and team are smart. I'm sure many more are on pets than we want to believe.
The message it sends to our youth is the most troubling to me. Parents that want to re-live sports through their kids are the worst, and I know more than one case where they provided peds, at the high school level. One case in Jr high. This was 10-15 yrs ago.
Unfortunately, most don't care or think about the health ramifications.
Anyone that thinks Canelo, or any drug cheat are good role models should be tarred and feathered. I'll provide the tar.

I guess there are very advanced peds nowadays and with the right cycle off, the blood testing could be passed. Anyway, as a precautional messurment a ped user may test himself before (anonimously) to see if that ped is in high traces in his blood system. If it is then an "injury" would buy him more time to flush out that ped from his system.
Many peds are helping fighters to train harder and improve their stamina, energy levels, testosterone level, etc.

Alvarez was training in his native Mexico when the positive test was discovered. Alvarez twice failed tests, on Feb. 17 and Feb. 20, both for trace amounts of the drug. Both the Feb. 17 sample and the Feb. 20 sample were received at the lab on Feb. 21.
Canelo failed TWO tests. They weren't collected on the same day.
To say Canelo didn't do anything wrong now the rules have changed is laughable, and pathetic. He was guilty, and you are once again caught in a lie, that you won't admit.

People need to remember to not hide their own opinions, because they are just that, and don't need to be based on facts. It's when folks hide behind a false narrative that include a lie or stupid spin, that gets you ridiculed.

User Datsue described very well this type of attention seeker-troll like EO :
" Intelligent or not, he's a complete disingenuous arsehole who cloaks his own opinions in a veneer of bullshit while pretending that he's in fact impartial.
Yet watch him when it's someone he doesn't have a gaping wide-on for in the dock...!
It's like listening to one of those right-wing media types who thinks that saying the word "fact" can simply make inconvenient things that they don't like go away, & that if they keep thrashing things out in a long-winded convoluted fashion you'll lose sight of consensus reality & accept their Byzantine version of events that—despite their constant appeals to some sort of "objectivity"—is only supported by their opinions & their bullshit rhetoric. "
Pretty much eo may be a true case of narcissistic personality disorder with ocd which is pretty sad.

Why is it "laughable" and "pathetic"?
The only thing Canelo is guilty of is breaking a rule that was deemed so incredibly unreasonable, that it was subsequently changed for all sports by multiple sporting organisations.
If any athlete, regardless the sport, was tested today and their blood contained the same levels of clenbuterol that Canelo's did in 2018, then they’d be deemed as being clean.
And those facts I’ve cited aren’t up for discussion. They are the truth!
