Shame most them middle guys have no fights scheduled.
Wilder should be out this year at least.
Parker fought 3 times last year. Should have at least fought in June/July.. then get out again later this year.
I don’t think we’ll see Whyte this year.
Ruiz vs. Ortiz is set so that’s good.
As for Joyce’s win.
No change.

Would've thought it'd be more likely that Whyte fights again (be it against Joyce, Dubois, Parker etc) than Wilder.
As for the question - agree, no change

Gramps will be out soon after the fat kid beats him..
Maybe.
Also.. Wilder is 4th not 3rd.

Joyce Up to 7th
Hammer still out

Joyce down to 9
Hammer? Leave him in the top 50
Don't like it when top 10 fighters continually fight severely overmatched opponents and drop rounds to them wide. That is two in a row where Joyce has been getting lit up before getting the stoppage.
Plus his team wanted none of old man Ortiz after calling the guy out

I voted up to 7th and then Ortiz or Ruiz would "overtake" him again after their fight, but I'm honestly perfectly fine to leave everything as it is. The win vs. Hammer was not that important.

The win against Hammer was NOT IMPORTANT AT ALL.
Like the majority of Joyce's wins

By the time his career gets rolling, it will be over. I wish he would have fought Ortiz a couple years back. Guess he wasn't ready to fight grandpa yet.

It did show how dire Joyce's defense is, a sad drop kick like Hammer landing at will on Joyce's face?
Bodes badly for any step up he makes. Hammer gassed after two rounds says it all about this fight.
If anything, I rate Joyce lower after it.

I swear it is the correct speed, it just looks to be at 1/4 speed, both these guys are glacier slow

it didnt show anything about joyce we hadnt seen before, if him getting hit is new then you havent watched much of jj. he obviously had 0 respect for hammer's firepower. some people sound exactly like people did when 80 percent thought dubois would run through joycce
he's already fought several guys better than hammer and beat them all, there should be no real worry about how he'd do vs better opposition than that. i'd give him a great shot vs anyone but the very very best of the division
no change

Joyce to 6th. It was defensively poor but he still felt with hammer quicker than most.
Ruiz hasn’t done shit in years, Whyte just got KOd, think it’s fair to sneak Joyce above both.

Hammer wasn't very motivated, and I'd be very surprised if he trained because he gassed out after two rounds and a few dozen punches.
He didn't get back up because he was tired, so even though Joyce ended it quickly I feel it was 80% Hammer's fitness and lethargy.

Hammer just came there for a paycheck. He landed some punches, but after those had no effect he was clueless. He didn't try to box. After he had no success with the scored shots, he quickly backed up to the ropes and corners. His survival gameplan didn't work against Joyce, who can deliver better than the most of Hammer's recent opponents.

True.
My point was it felt like more Hammer than Joyce ending the fight.
It's not like Joyce stopped him, Hammer gassed and quit.

Anyway, Hammer felt his Joyce' pressure and power. He was able to go full distance against other top fighters without getting seriously hurt. This time he was, but it indeed looked like he wasn't finished and tried to quit instead.
