Tate out boxes Tua easily, before being knocked the F out.
Tua KO between 9-12

Tua has the puncher's chance by taking Tate out in the later rounds with a big left hook. However, if Tate decided to outbox Tua behind his good left jabs, right hands and combinations from long range without engaging him on the inside unlike the Weaver fight, then Tate would decision Tua.

Would really depend when in Tate's evolution. If it was after Weaver, I'd take Tua by KO7-8. If it was before his confidence was shot I'd probably say Tate about 11-4 in rounds

You are on the money here.
If you saw Tate against Bobick and Coetzee, and the first 14 rounds against Mike Weaver, you would think he was a very good fighter.

Fundamentally he was an extremely good fighter. He did not have the mental part of the game down. Plus he literally was borderline mentally handicapped. Not an insult just an observation.
