Khan outboxes Gatti, and probably can stop him. Gatti's chance is if Khan finds him easy to hit, and just gets a little too reckless opening himself up to a big Gatti fight ending shot.

Not impossible. It is Khan we're talking about here. But I think Khan would win more often than not between the two.

If he avoids that shot from Gatti he wins.

Pretty much what happened with Brook

It's possible to see Khan leading on points, but Gatti had enough determination not to fall apart while being outboxed. Moreover, Khan's chin was bad. Arturo would come back later in the fight and stop the chinny Khan.
