Buddy Scott never got a shot at Joe even thou he had a great record and fought Bob Pastor well on 3 occasions even putting him on the mat multiple times. (Bob had said Buddy was one of the hardest hitters he fought)
Being the grandson of Buddy Scott I know Im bias but I think this would have been a great match.
