Has anyone here seen it ?

I have not. My first thought was that it was just a 6-round fight. Looked up the 10-round fights and they weren't big names, so I thought that it was unlikely on TV.

Then I noticed that it was on a Tuesday night. It very well could have been on the USA Network's Tuesday Night Fights. Also saw that it was at the Blue Horizon in Philadelphia, which a lot of their fights were held. They often broadcast some of the four and six-round fights on the undercard.

So there is actually a pretty good chance that it was broadcast. However, most of us who saw it probably would not have remembered watching an insignificant fight like that.
