Dillian Whyte will be out on 26 November, under Matchroom banner on DAZN.
An announcement is due soon..
I wouldn't mind if he's fighting Wallin. Could be anyone at this rate..
Thoughts?

This would fall on the same night as Daniel Dubois' potential fight date.
This is funny because they were linked to fight on this date and now fighting on the same date, separate networks.
Unless Frank is allowing Dub to fight on DAZN (highly doubt it)

Dubois or Wallin sounds fine. I'd pick both to win. Wallin by dec, Dub by brutality. Although it's possible to see Whyte roughing it up against Wallin and pulling out a win.
Anyway, it's a too short notice, so there will be a can most likely.

Wallin would be a good fight. It was supposed to happen last year, so no reason for it not to happen this year.
Beats Wallin then a scrap with Joyce or Dubois could loom before the winner fights a Fury pummeled AJ.

If he's planning on going big, I'd happily see him against Ruiz or Wilder if they don't get a fight scheduled with one another or Usyk. Slightly easier but competitive options of Wallin, Pulev, Ortiz, Hrgovic, Zhang or Bakole would also be good. Not sure anyone wants Chisora 3.
Other reasonable options, for a weaker comeback, would be Hughie/Hunter if neither of them fight, Kownacki, Martin, Kabayel, Ajagba, Demirezen etc.

If it's Dillian vs tba and Dillian does what he did earlier this year and refuses to promote, it could be a hard sell

Be interesting to hear what he has to say about his performance against Tyson.
Has he actually said anything about it to date? It’s like he forgot how to box.

He thinks it was a close fight until he got caught by a good shot. Believes he should have had longer to recover because it was a push that sent him down.

I don’t think so although I do remember Eddie saying that the ref waived it off as Whyte was rising from the canvas.

Thanks! Close fight :-/
I’ll never forget how at times he was literally stood facing Fury square on!

I would hope his return is straight DAZN.

They will need to match him very carefully now.
He has appeared increasingly fragile so nobody with any sort of 1 punch power .. a difficult ask at heavyweight

I think Wallin would be a good fight and one that when it was originally made wasn’t down for PPV.
Whilst his resistance isn’t as good as it perhaps once was, the shots that have been KO’ing have been monster shots. It’s not like he’s been getting knocked over easily.

The uppercuts from Povetkin and Fury whilst delivered beautifully and appearing devastating were not the typical kind of punches you see getting those results .. most times they snap the guys head up to open them up for the finisher .. but for Whyte they were the finisher.

I disagree- particularly with the Povetkin one. Would have knocked out most heavyweights.

That was one of the most perfect punches I seen..

It was a beautiful punch for sure - short and snappy.
However - not that I'd ever want to take it - it didn't appear worthy of the devastation it caused.

Exactly, it will someone of this calibre. The way they treated Wallin was a disgrace with that fake ass injury. Wallin would outbox him. No chance they do that fight now.

the povetkin was one a f@cking textbook shot, probably the best uppercut ive seen
dill been stung plenty of other times by shots that didnt look special, but that uppercut was excellent
