British boxing can breathe a sigh of relief with the news Iain John Lewis has joined the BIBA organisation, unfortunately they have no more shows arranged this year yet ?? .

Boxing official Ian John-Lewis leaves the BBBofC after being downgraded as a judge
His last involvement in professional boxing was the Josh Taylor vs Jack Catterall fight where he was downgraded as a judge from an A Star Class to an A Class Official for his controversial scorecard.

It's nuts how we all moan about the self appointed BBBofC and their lack of transparency and accountability, yet when a possible alternative emerges then the same people immediately shoot them down before they have even started

I have no love at all for BIBA. But, noting that BIBA has a training course for referees and judges, could I ask how many training courses (whether annually or at all) the BBBofC has? By which I mean training, not review, so the annual review process for referees announced by the BBBofC post Taylor-Catterall would not count. Genuine question.
