Anyone else having difficulty getting a refund?

There's no easy way to contact them, no phone number, have to use a bot help chat - then there's no advisors available?

Didn't expect much more from DAZN to be honest.

Does'nt suprise me ,, i joined last year , then cancelled , when i discovered most fights were not shown in Aust ,, reneged and joined again earlier this year ,, but when i did something seemed to go wrong joining would'nt allow me , so i went through the process again and succesful second time , only to find they had charged me for both attempts ,, could'nt get a refund on one of them ,, actually cancelled again when they announced Benn -eUBANK HAS PPV won't be going back

Does everyone get the £8 for the 1 month subscription they were forced to buy?

I went on Google play store and got a refund via them. If you have iPhone need to go on the app store I would think and go throttle process that way, the way you signed up to Dazn. As a good will gesture they should refund the monthly subscription but I can't see that happening.
