Audley at "Night of the Young Heavys"

Audley Harrison is scheduled to appear on a card that is to be headlined by Nigerian puncher, Samuel Peter.
I detect a distinct Anti-Audley vibe in this post Bubi...how can you sleep at nightBubiScholz wrote:when? where?
are the other young heavies also 33 years old?
I am dreaming of Luan Krasniqi winning the WBO-belt and ending 73 years of no german heavy champ..........steve689 wrote:I detect a distinct Anti-Audley vibe in this post Bubi...how can you sleep at nightBubiScholz wrote:when? where?

when and where are these fights?black panther wrote:Its gonna televised by HBO as well so audley will have to get in with a decent opponent. If he wins he might get put in with peter who I believe audley wud beat as peter is an overrated plodder
he should be that far. but Peter is top 15 in heavy. Harrision isn´t top 15 in Europe.............KOJOE90 wrote:Harrison should be fighting the likes of Samuel Peter now, not appearing on his undercard.
In fairness, Audley has lost about a year of his career or more due to injury, and wasted several months wrangling with allegedly. He's probably only had 3 full years.knockout wrote:the irony, Audley wins the gold medal in 2000, Samuel Peters gets done over by Paulo Vidoz!!!!
fast forward 5 years and Audley is on his undercard!!!!
Sam would knock Peter out. BTW Sam looked not that fat in the Bakhtov-fight. i think he takes it a bit more seriuos because he wants to fight for the championship this year.black panther wrote:Hey dont u think sinan samil sam vs peter wud be a wicked fight?Cant say ive ever seen either of these plodders take a backward step.
Well he made up for it in the Cley-Bey fight where he was back to his usual rotund self. I agree with knockout, the time has come where Audley must decide whether he wants to be a Boxer or a D list celebrity...it's either a week on the Farm with Rebecca Loos or a fight with a decent HeavyweightBubiScholz wrote:Sam would knock Peter out. I have read that Audley Harrison suffered many injuries as an amater as well. Wether this is through poor training habits or lack of physical 'toughness' I have no idea.knockout wrote:The shoulder/chest injury was caused doing a stupid "superstars" event... could have easily been avoided if he wasnt so obsessed at the time with being seen everywhere....
He is also a lazy trainer who probably leaves everything to the last minute therefore putting extra stress on the body, if he stayed in decent shape all the time he wouldnt have had half the problems....

Does Kostya Tyuzu have poor training habits and lack of physical toughness too. Sometimes u can train too hard. All fighters damage their hands time to time tooKOJOE90 wrote:I have read that Audley Harrison suffered many injuries as an amater as well.
