Qawi is taller than 5'5 because if you watched the fight between him and Matthew Saad Muhammad, either Qawi stands at 5'6 1/2 or 5'7", which is his actual height when you look at his size.
Anyways, Qawi would chop Okolie down with his jabs and body punches to either decision or stop him late.
