Question: How are the rankings affected after Zhan Kossobutskiy KO'd fellow knockout artist Hussein Muhamed?

I think he's top 15 and better than some of these guys but not by enough to push someone else out for him.

Zhan in at #15, Pulev out.

If he gets in, he probably wont keep his place long..

I can’t see him pushing anyone out with that last performance.

Maybe I want to see him beat someone who is a bit highly ranked than Muhamed.

Whyte/Franklin, Wardley/Gorman, Jalalov/Harper, Fury/Chisora, Dubois/Lerena, Anderson/Forest, Makhmudov/Akpejiori and Kabayel/TBA would be all the fights before the end of the year. Unless there's a surprise result I don't see these rankings being changed much by all these unfortunately.

The 10-15th on this list are hanging on by a thread. Anything decent gets you above them.

dubstep is very close though and probably the leading contender outside the top 15, he could feasibly be in already. a good win for big mak and he'd be serious contender too, but his next opponent wont let him get there. anderson and jalo too far off to enter on their next fights i think. franklin with an upset of whyte would enter.

You're spot on Mags. My only disagreement might be that Franklin upsetting Whyte might be more of how far Whyte has dropped and not so much Jermaine being worthy.

Dubs would have to at least meet expectation by taking out Lerena within five to get in.
Anderson can impress, but nothing he can do here will thrust him into the top 15 vs Forrest
Big Mak can move in if he demolishes Wallisch in impressive fashion
Kabayel is a waste of talent. Totally mismanaged and I've given up on him altogether.

I don't think anyone on the list you mention is even close to a top 15 rating. Dubois is closest and he has beat no one at all to elevate him.

I think gorman and lerena would put DDD ahead of otto on resume.

we need to judge potential entrants relative to the guys at the bottom of the list, not just stand alone. true the likes of ddd hardly have some eye catching resume...........but compared to our #15 hrgovic for example, he certainly has an argument. keep in mind that his effort vs joyce is looking increasingly good now too

gorman has a lot of credibility on the line vs wardley. okay he lost to ddd, but dubs was a bit of a beast for that level when they fought. but wardley isnt and gorman isnt a 'baby' at 22-23 now anymore. if gorman is to be taken seriously within the top 30, even as a victim, he needs to get a win there or at very least make it hell for wardley.

wardley too, it's one he's gotta win well to be taken seriously the next level up. good fight that is very important for each guy to progress
