I thought Reggis Johnson, Mike McCallum, Dave Tiberi and Rahman all beat James Toney.
Chris Eubank got a few presents, also.

Guess we have to be careful with the term gifted. I take it to mean fights where it the guy clearly shouldn't have got the decision. Witherspoon won a ton of close fights. The majority of decisions that Ali won has been argued about. Pedroza had four title defenses where he could have got a loss and didn't.

Exactly.
There is a big difference between a robbery and a debatable decision.
Fans of the boxer who lost a tight decision or got a draw in a fight that reasonably could have went his way jump up and scream "robbery" every time.
Those people are whining cry babies who deserve to be treated as such.
90% of the time these whiners cry about decisions it was actually a close fight that reasonably could have been scored for either fighter.

Yes, as a big fan of Eubank there's no denying he got lucky in decisions against the likes of Close, Schommer, Amaral...
He was also fortunate in his fight with Dan Sherry. I remember when it was stopped and went to the cards, I didn't think he'd won...but there you go!

As well as the names you mentioned, I was sure Watson beat him in the first fight. I scored wins for Sugar Boy Malinga, Tony Thornton and Benn in the remtach
