Hardly anyone, especially in the ticket buying age group, read the printed press. They all have social media.

Hardly anyone, especially in the ticket buying age group, read the printed press. They all have social media.

If the sale of 60,000 tickets is true ,, social media has'nt really impacted the sale of Fury -Chisora , after all its not got paticular good press ,,, But then again maybee it has and thats the reason it got 60000 ,,,,

regards journalist / reporters i would'nt call most of them that , doubt if most have been to journalist school , most the reporter /interviewers , can't even speak the q
queens english and you need subtitles for them ,, Thats if you bother watching them lick arse , which seems they have to do to get that interview ,
Finally , some of them Davies and Kugan in paticular are actually starting to think there bigger than the boxers , and the interviewer is now getting interviewed , , what was it lick arse Cassidy refered to Davies has ,, BOXING ROYALTY ,, that was enough for me too turn off .

Social media is used very differently by different age groups.

We definitely see a lot more interviews and behind the scenes stuff. In the Lennox era you'd get a press conference, maybe an interview with the TV network and that's it. These days the fighters are getting much more exposure.

I wouldn't really know. I watch my boxing and get information from this site really. Only sèe clips my mate sends me if there funny
