Potential shock loss for unbeaten but untested Norman Neely
He was 13-0 and had faced the usual experienced journeyman Terrell Jamal woods in his last fight. Looked to be stepping up against the very durable Rydell Booker (who had that 12 rounder against James Toney a long time ago)

Neely appears to have suffered a 1st round TKO !!! But I have no other info.....what happened?

The curious thing is Booker had only fought two weeks ago, going the distance over eight against big prospect Stephen Shaw.

Two weeks !!!!?? I thought that was odd.

If the win is a big KO it might just convince other boxers to fight regularly , like the good old days !!!!!

does not seem like big upset to me. Booker fought some solid HWs. On the other side, he is 41. That is more impressive

What was Norm's strengths? I enjoy your fights. Would have loved you and Chisora to have gotten it on. That would have been a spectacle. Are you still involved in fighting?

Yes I’m still fighting! I was retired for a little while until I got the urge back.

Haha yea we fought 4 times. He beat me 3. I beat him where it counted tho. Lol at the 2007 eastern trials. I won the eastern trials that year

He was a good boxer at the time. I think he went away for a good amount of time after that

And yes! I would have loved to get in the with a guy like Chisora. Always in exciting fights!

taking a knee when the ref's already at 8 is pretty stoopid, then again after being clocked i dont expect guys to be thinking straight. from the video it looks like he took the knee because his corner was yelling at him to do it
