Question: Where does Makhmudov rank after his 1st Round KO win over Wallisch?

Here are Mak's fights since the start of 2021
Michael Wallisch-----W-RTD
Carlos Takam-------W-UD 10/10
Mariusz Wach-------W-KO
Erkan Teper---------W-RTD
Pavel Sour----------W-KO
He's technically a prospect, although not a young one.

No change obviously.
There was more logic in making poll after Anderson vs Forrest.

A lot of posters said there was no point.
TBH, Mak is much closer to entering the top 15 IMO.
Good thing is, he seems to be fighting much more regular. The names are decent and known names, but he needs that bigger name.

His best win is still 42 year old Takam that #15 Chisora beat 4 years prior.

Finally a referee who is prepared to challenge the constant rabbit punching
Mak is one of many stand out offenders

I agree I would of voted Anderson to 15th. But no poll.
Big Mak is not top 15 yet and fighting guys like Wallisch will not change that.

anderson's best win is a guy who couldnt win a round vs pulev; a guy who was beaten 8-2 by takam. he looks super talented but people have 0 consistency to rag on chisora not having the wins to be rated, or mak not having high enough quality wins, but then vote in anderson
id say no change still though

No change, this was a pointless mismatch in terms of career advancement.

On the other hand, Forrest could be given decision over Franklin, Zhang and Hunter.

forrest could barely win a round against pulev.......chisora then beat pulev a couple months later
forrest won a couple rounds tops vs takam....chisora ko'd takam and big mak beat him too
people arguing down pulev, chis, takam, mak, etc win quality, then saying put in anderson makes little sense if they use that basis. chisora and mak have wins this year over guys who showed themselves to be much better than forrest. if someone says chisora cant win a notable fight, then anderson hasnt even come remotely close yet

By the way, it also could be scored otherwise.

the kds put it beyond doubt, absolutely no one but you had takam winning that fight
the score of 27 fans equals out to 96-92 mak, which is about right

no it couldn't , forrest hardly won a round vs takam
he won more rounds vs mak but the kds put it beyond doubt, absolutely no one but you had takam winning that fight
Forrest vs Takam wasn't close, but Takam vs Mak was.
So we have a close win over Takam and a KO win of Wach for Mak.
And robbery losses to Franklin, Zhang, Hunter for the mighty Jerry.
The kayo cancrusher can f8ck off, unless he manages to defeat the upset king.

he already beat a guy who 8-2'd jerry
if he fights pulev he'll be facing a guy who 10-0 or 9-1'd him

Still Jerry would have more quality wins, than the cancrusher, if he wasn't robbed. And Anderson destroyed Jerry like no one had done. So, Jared has been looking better so far than Mak.

jerry could hardly win a round vs a guy mak dropped and beat, he's a lower level fighter
and it's not just about mak. people have also said chisora doesnt have the wins to be ranked, yet then want anderson in. yet chisora's beat 2 guys who easily handled anderson's best win. if anderson's in and chisora's out let's not act like it's quality of wins.

nope, you're the only one - takam lost clearly
but jerry didnt even come remotely close to beating takam

and it's not just about mak. people have said chisora doesnt have the wins either to be ranked, yet then want anderson in. yet chisora's beat 2 guys who easily handled anderson's best win. if anderson's in and chisora's out it's not about the level these guys are winning about, it's about percieved talent. which is fine to be considered
I wouldn't put him over Chisora too. Just mentioned him because there was no poll after him, but it's a poll after Mak, while it was more logic in Anderson, although both fail to make top 15 for now.

Why do you need to repeat the same wrong point of yours so many times? I guess everyone got your wrong point already.

it still makes no sense to say that mak doesnt have a high enough level of wins to make it here, but anderson does. is anderson more talented? oh ya, i think so probably, but it's not his resume which ranks him above mak and certainly not chisora or pulev

just responding to your comment - the 'everyone' must be you, because no one else scored the fight for takam. the fan average of 27 posters using the boxrec scoring function is 96-92 mak, and no one on eotr had it for takam either. i might as well say forrest arguably lost all his fights that went the distance if we're just tossing bs out there
i just checked the fight thread too, you're again the only person saying takam won, everyone else who posted their score had it for mak, same with the subsequent vote that came after mak-takam
