Tough fight to score this, neither guy landing much clean, not great

Allan had a strong 8th and Gary Lockett waxing lyrical about McGoldrick

Gary Lockett having a shocker, lead commentator not much better, both totally ignoring Allan's work and making out McGoldrick is putting in a clinic

It goes to the cards I've got it 115-113 McGoldrick, comms had him pissing it, not a classic but it got better as the rounds wore on, McGoldrick a bit busier, more conventional than Allan with the textbook left jab/right hand, not always acurate either guy and not much quality, Allan unorthodox, jumps in and is hard to pin down, switches effectively, fought mostly orthodox but thought he looked better southpaw, had success with the left hand from that stance but only fought lefty in 2 rounds which happened to be his best imo, no idea why he switched back righty

As is I said things improved down the stretch, more action, ebbed and flowed, Allan closed the gap but McGoldrick had a good last round to seal the deal

McGoldrick wins a MD, 114-114 and 117-111 x2, new British and Commonwealth Bantamweight champion

Everything about Mould v Ghaz was tv quality. Matching, production and even more so the fight.

I enjoyed the Omar v Mcintosh fight, great action

It reminded me of a Maloney show on Sky from 15 or so years ago.

Hopefully Izzy can find himself some sort of TV deal. Eurosport would be a decent fit I think.
