The Fenech of the first Nelson fight would outwork. Jeff was an animal.

Fenech is one of the most underrated P4P stars of the 1980s. Here he will be up against a much bigger fighter (same day weigh ins etc...) and as a swarmer is facing a deadly puncher. No idea how it goes down but I'd have wanted a ticket.

The decision in the first Fenech v Nelson fight broke Jeff's spirit IMO. For me he clearly defeated Nelson. Jeff was never the same thereafter.
Fenech was a terrific battler with some nice ring smarts.
I'm thinking if Paul Ingle could push Hamed before coming up short, then Fenech could go one better.
It's true, Fenech was an underrated star on the world stage.
