The Ghetto would put up the fight against the Hands of Stone in a classic match up as Leonard would have his moments out-boxing Duran behind his jabs and counterpunches. However, Duran was not just a brawling puncher, but he could counterpunch as well as he would start wearing Leonard down with his body punches and combinations including his right hand. In the end, Duran would win a close decision.
