Just beat Chris Kongo nice win.
What do you think of him ?

Eko look good.
Steady style and paced himself very well.
It was a close call but he edged it.

I wasn't very impressed by him. Good domestic level guy.

He was behind for the first part of the fight. His cute counters did impress me, but there were not enough of them to win early rounds.
As Kongo let his foot off the gas, Ekow stepped it up and brought it close, it was the championship rounds where I was impressed.
He found another gear, and fought like a guy who knew what it takes to be a champ.
As for taking the next step, the world top ten is a tough ask. He doesn't have enough power to put a dent in most those guys, and I feel he would need to. At 33 he isn't blessed with much time.
McKinson would be a good step forward, dunno who he is fighting next. And Benn's handlers certainly wouldn't want a live dog like Essuman unless they could hobble him in some way.

Thought he was steady throughout.
Doesn't really have an A list punch, he has an A list rally and can go hard to the body when he has those pushes.
Decent chin too.

who did scarff fornicate to get that mandatory? has fought at 147 once, and that was for the english...and is now ordered for the brittish.

Nothing fight for Ekow, if he has absolutly nothing else going on sure fight him as a stay busy, but you gotta be looking for bigger and better things now...
