I also think Chris could benefit from someone like Shelley Finkel (who he won't get) who can plan out his next few moves and get the ship heading in the right direction.

Mmmmm well i'm not jumping on the bandwagon i said it when he first got him , get rid of Jones , i just don't rate him has a trainer ,, boxer one of my favorites , but a good trainer takes a fighter ANY fighter and trains them to be the best they can with the style they develop , a bad trainer takes boxers and trys to turn them into clones of themselves , you will be suprised how many times you would know what a guy is gonna be like without seeing him , just knowing the gym like i said a good trainer will have 5 lads all fight different , a not so good , 5 who all fight the same .

Then after that , go back up in weight forget Smith , or Benn , Smith has already said he wants a rematch at a lower weight than they just done , and that weight shown , Benn well without the help of the juice will now demand Chris loses more weight ,,, so go back up in weight , go back to the aggressive style he developed earlier , have a couple more and get out ,, or simply just retire if he has enough cash

I think he should go and fight for some domestic titles neither him or his father had. It's whether his ego and the purses he is accustomed to will allow it. At Super Middle there is Kevin Lele Sadjo with the European and Mark Heffron with the British and commonwealth belts. No shame in it, Junior Witter, Andries and Minter did it.

Say he won a Ebu title and left it at that, he would be a British, European, WBA interim and 2 x Ibo champion. That isn't a bad haul and I think most boxers would be hugely proud of those achievements. You need to wonder about the hunger though. For the last year he's been on about fighting Brook, Smith and Benn who were all smaller guys that he was meant to beat before fighting an old Golovkin. There are no short cuts

Admit it, if Eubank adopts his brawling ways, him and Sadjo would be a good scrap

168. Or entice lesser paid fighters up to 163.

He needs a couple of wins first before he can get back to PPV.

I just don't see how a rematch at 160 works for Chris in terms of weight or for SKY as a PPV.

I wonder how much the weight was an issue, Jones didn’t think it was and he came in under 160. If the social media posts were true he wasn’t watching his diet too much.

Beat some lower class opposition.

Talk a big game. Build up some hype.

Step up comp in a big PPV.

that's what I'm thinking. I don't think there is anything wrong with those titles. They're prestigious. But he crowbarred himself into some big money just from talking and getting some good wins.

Some of those guys like Clark, Heffron, Chelli and Richards are dangerous too.

Sky should get him in with Saunders; while probably not a high level clash at this point, two big names who'd sell the fight well and would no doubt be confident of the win for varying reasons.

Hard to see where he really goes from here though, surely it can't be Benn at a catchweight anymore, if they're fighting it'd need to be 160.

Ideally I'd like to see him in with Lerrone but not sure that makes sense for him.

think should move to 168 after a short break have a decent tune up or 2 knuckle down and comeback for a big fight i think the trouble with eubank from the start of his career is having hos own style you can see him trying to jab like roy who i dont think is the best trainer

To some extent, it reminded me of Tim Witherspoon when he got stuffed in a round by Bonecrusher Smith. It wasn't because Tim had bad chin, it was because of external circumstances. If junior is focused and motivated, I think his puncture resistance will return.
