This is the first I've ever heard of Jake LaMotta wanting to fight Rocky Marciano I do know there was a brief attempt to have Sugar Ray Robinson fight Rocky Marciano and the Sugar Man had the foresight to tell people he was not interested because Rocky Marciano would have killed him.

I'm not going to comment on how the hypothetical would have even gone because I want to see proof that this was even talked about even remotely serious.

Marciano stops him very early.

Even if Lamotta's chin holds up enough for him to stay on his feet they'd have to stop this early because he'd be getting bludgeoned.
