With Hopkins outclassing Kelly and Calzaghe outboxing Hopkins, it's easy to see Joe scoring a shotout over Pavlik, but let me use that gawddamn styles-make-fights option.
The technical brawler in Pavlik failed to find keys to the crafty dark artist like Hopkins, but the tapping plodder like Calzaghe would be an easier target.
Yes, Pavlik was outboxed by the slick Martinez, but he caused some problems for him. The same gotta be against Calzaghe. Kelly makes Joe uncomfortable, hurts or possibly drops him on some occasions, but Calzaghe eventually outboxes Pavlik with the help of his speed and agility.
Calzaghe by dec, 116-112-ish.
