Oscar is compact enough that even if Ruiz tries his hugging and grabbing style he'd be able to beat the sh*t out of him on the inside, and actually land meaningful blows as opposed to just getting nullified like a lot of other Ruiz opponents.

I don't know if he stops Ruiz, but he definitely gets the better of the action. No doubt Ringo wins this one.
