12 or 15 Rounds Heavyweight Bout

The Real Deal would overwhelm Weaver with jabs and counters to stop him in 8 rounds. What do you guys think and who do you got?

Holy by kayo in several rounds.

I figure this would be a good, rugged Heavyweight fight with lots of heavy shots getting landed before somebody finally gives. The person that's gonna give is Weaver. I'm think somewhere around Round 10 or 11 of a great fight.
