Iβm all for voting Sanchez above Ortiz.
It was a nothing win, but apart from the Wilder fights and Martin win in recent years, Ortiz was feasting on the likes of Martz too.
Plus Ortiz lost his last fight.

Itβs a shame if we vote Anderson in, Efe will have to make way.

Sanchez up to 9. Terrible win last night but his victory over Efe has aged well while Bakole's win over Yoka hasn't. Ortiz shouldn't even be there.
Anderson remains out. He's probably one of the frontrunners to go in next but he's not done more than Efe.

How is bakole so high? He lost to the only good fighter he fought

Moving Sanchez above Ortiz, it's an absolutely nothing win, but it's more than Ortiz is doing.
Anderson is a tough one, ideally I'd put Ajagba 14 and move Chisora out altogether; I guess we'll probably reconsider on Chisora in a bit if he hasn't got a fight scheduled soon-ish?

Iβd move Sanchez to 9 even with the crap win because heβs active and has a decent win or two. Bakoleβs Yoka win isnβt worth much these days. Says something about modern boxing that 14 of the 15 donβt have any bouts scheduled. I think Anderson could beat some of the top 15 but he doesnβt have a win IMO that earns him the top 15

Because he beat Yoka. Yoka wasnβt tested but was a good win at the time and some people strangely had him ranked high up.
Of course the win hasnβt aged well because Yoka just lost to Takam..

I voted, since there wasn't an option for Anderson to go to 12.

Ah. Iβll class that as 12 for you. I did notice your comment. I wasnβt going to ignore it.

To those voting in Anderson:
Jared Anderson's best wins within #150 according to the Boxrec rankings:
#46 George Arias
#53 Jerry Forrest
#107 Johnnie Langston
No longer ranked: Oleksandr Teslenko and Vladimir Tereshkin. I believe both were ranked outside the top 100.
Efe Ajagba's record Vs the top #150 on Boxrec:
#13 Frank Sanchez LOSS
#20 Ali Eren Demirezen
#26 Stephen Shaw
#44 Jonathan Rice
No longer ranked: Brian Howard and Amir Mansour. I believe they were ranked between somewhere between 50-100.
These votes for Anderson are surely for the eye test and his potential rather than his actual achievements.

I'd bet Jah would stop Efe at this point.

Efe to me deserves to be above Jah still on resume. so if we dont drop some old wood then i guess jah should stay out....
I personaly would like to ditch pulev... only decent win in 4.5 years is forrest, who Jah slaughtered.... if we ditch a puleve then i think Efe to 14 and jah to 15....

Could be about time to vote on droping a few of the old/inactive names. For me it would be Ortiz and Pulev and it seems others also want Chisora out (his activity and win over Pulev just keeps him in for me).
Pulev - Inactive for 9 months. Since the beginning of 2020, he is 1-2 with a win over Forrest 11 months ago and a loss over Chisora 9 months ago plus the loss to Joshua.
Ortiz - Inactive for 7 months. Since the beginning of 2020, he is 2-1 with a loss to Ruiz Sep 2022 and wins over Charles Martin and Alexander Flores before that. Although his win over Martin was not seen as great at the time, it was respectable. Since Kownacki has been demolished by fringe top 15 opponents, I guess that also reflects on Martin and therefore Ortiz's win since Kownacki beat Martin also.
Chisora - Inactive for 4 months. Since the beginning of 2020, he is 1-4 with a win over Pulev in July 2022 but with losses to Fury, Parker x2 and Usyk (which are all respectable losses to be honest).

As votes stand,
Sanchez at #10 and Anderson at #15..
I do feel we need a bit of a clear out.
Some of these guys, like Ortiz, Pulev are probably not gonna fight twice a year anymore or against decent contenders.
I do feel when these guys have lost in the past, weβve maybe not dropped them low enough.

I definitely think it'd be worth looking at Pulev if he doesn't have something scheduled soon. There are slight (Twitter) rumours that he might be Anderson's opponent July 1st. If he's not got anything scheduled in a month's time I'd be for dropping him out altogether.

Yeh certainly.
