Many, many of my favourite fighters from over the years have popped dirty during their careers. Im totally against PED use but as a fan, does it change your view of a fighter? Do you no longer hold them in high regard if they fail a drug test? Some fighters who I am a big fan of who popped:

Roy Jones Jr
James Toney
Shane Mosley
Tyson Fury
Canelo
Pernell Whitaker (cocaine not PED)

I am honestly a little torn. Watching Mosleys early fights is what got me into boxing. Watching Toney in his hey day makes me feel like this is the epitome of the sweet science. Prime Roy Jones was a force of nature. I was chuffed to bits when Fury beat Wlad. Canelos skills are undeniable. All of these guys will go down in history as all time greats. But should they? Is it all tainted?

Performance enhancing drugs: 90% yes
Recreational drugs: 90% no

I would lose 100% respect in cases like Miller.
Popped twice on the verge of a title fight.
-so big stage stuff
-popped twice
-the drugs were exactly why a big fat guy had so much stamina.

You can't come back from that in my view.

Connor Benn- to me it's the same as Miller. Big PPV fight, pops twice, is known for a dramatic physical change and aggression. All the bull after the announcement, and the shenanigans prior are just nails in the coffin IMO.

I've always said if a fighter tests positive, then their entire record should be changed to NC as there is a strong liklihood they cheated again. Destroying a fighter's legacy might be the only way to stop PED cheats.

No fighter wants to see their 32-0 record become 0-0-32

No because every fighter is doing it.

Everyone since 80s is on peds, not everyone was caught. Speaking of recreational drugs, they are used to covering ped use.
