Juan Manuel Marquez vs Ruslan Provodnikov in 2014

This fight was discussed back in early 2014 and was heavily pushed by HBO for May 17, 2014 at Forum. JMM turned it down, instead choosing to face Alvarado to stay prepared for a bigger fight in the future, that never happened.
So, Marquez defeated Alvarado (in what became the last fight of his career) and Provo lost a somewhat debatable decision to Algieri a month later.
But how would JMM-Provo fight ended? Provodnikov was a heavily hyped up fighter following his fights against Bradley and aforementioned Alvarado. Marquez just lost to Bradley and when he turned Provo down, the popular opinion was that JMM ducked Provo. Well, I believe, that was just a business decision by Marquez and I couldn't blame him.
