Do trainers count as managers..?
I think that they should.
Just like grocery stores need multiple managers.
Off the top of my head, Top 10, I'd probably say...

-Eddie Futch
-Teddy Atlas
-Ray Arcel
-Freddie Brown
-Angelo Dundee
-AL WieL(Rocky Marciano's manager/trainer)
