Absolutely brutal honestly. You can just see that bravado is no longer on, even tho he's getting filmed.

McGregor is one of those individuals who I think was less than what he was sold to the public as being. He had a similar reaction when he lost to Floyd Mayweather, and it still blows my mind that many in the MMA community believe he was a world class boxer based on the performance when most boxing fans knew that Floyd basically held back.

Don't get me wrong he was entertaining but he's become something of a joke since then. Constantly getting drunk, assaulting people, etc. He made the money and his abilities diminished, like so many others before him regardless of sport.

He should fight a few YouTubers and say goodbye

Most likely going to be the case in a few years. Saw one of his Reebok ads at local running store Run United and it was extremely sad.

Even amongst casuals, his downfall has been recognised, imho as fast and exhilarating as his rise

Be worse if he didn't react like that. I can't bare him but that clip is completely fine.

I hardly expected him to be laughing it off.

It's OK, he bounced back to retain his utter arsehole persona.

It was ultimately a miserable night for McGregor but to be fair to him, he didn’t really endure a hiding in the way that most Khabib opponents did.

Aside from that one surprise right hand from Khabib, there were very few highlights in the fight.

The way McGregor nonchalantly came out for the opening round though, really wasn’t the best use of the only part of the fight where he had any chance of victory. It was almost like he didn’t want to bring a game plan, only for everyone to see it fail.
