Haye v Holyfield, all the belts come to the table

Apologies if we have been around the block with this one, but I still love this as a cruiserweight match-up.
It is 12 rounds - they're both bringing all the CW belts to the table - so nobody is a challenger.
And let's go for somewhere neutral as well - so no London or Vegas - maybe Monaco.
Let's also ignore their later future HW careers as benchmarks.....this is strictly them doing the business as prime cruisers.
Haye has a chance for me; he's was quick as hell across the ring and with his hands too, never lacking in confidence and was an explosive hitter into the bargain who dropped people hard and early.
On the downside.....he tripped-up against Carl Thompson and was someone who had a problem pacing fights. Haye is perhaps not quite as dedicated as he should be to face a relentless machine like Holyfield.
Holyfield brings ruggedness, iron-like discipline, hits plenty hard himself which can put Haye down and a formidable workrate. Every round Evander will be pressing Haye and forcing David to defend himself or throw bombs to stop the march.
I can see this one going for Holyfield in most circumstances; but it is not fantasy to think that Haye's serious power and speed might be bad news for Holyfield.
You don't want to be taking too much from Haye at crusierweight, even if you are an ironman like Evander.
