Circa 1985. Instead of Shuler, Ramos defends his USBA title against Sims. Who wins?

This one is tough to call. Normally I'd be confident picking Ramos except that he had a history of fighting below potential.

If Ramos fights up to full ability level, he'll win a decision. But if Alex has one of his subpar days, Sims wins by decision, and even has an outside chance of getting a stoppage.

Either Ramos outslug Sims to take a decision or the Marvelous One's little bro would pressure Ramos more, then pounding him with southpaw punches to take a decision or stopping him late.
