I'm guessing Terrell wins by UD. He was taller, considerably heavier, more experienced, and more accomplished on the world-level. IMO that's an asset set Ratliff couldn't overcome.

This would be an interesting Chicago tiff nonetheless.

Either Terrell overwhelm Ratliff behind his jabs, clinching and pounding him for either a decision or late round stoppage.
