Napoles was several leagues above Breland in ability. Jose wins decisively, on the cards or by stoppage.

As to how tough it'd be for Napoles, and how the fight plays out, I don't know exactly what to say. But, If I'm not mistaken, Napoles used a beaut of a half-hook to buckle Monzon early in their fight. Maybe that says something on how Jose fares against a tall guy like Breland, who didn't have defensive skills remotely comparable to Carlos's.
