They have often done for criminal stuff, esp when it is publicised.
However that is normally untill their sentence is completed like at the end of a suspended sentence or when you have been let out of jail early you normally don't get your license back until the full term has passed.
If it's just a fine it's normally ok.
Derek Chisora didn't lose his license for assaulting his missus.
They may decide you brought the game into disrepute though

I'm not sure it's possible to open a plane door while airborne, something to do with the cabin pressure.

Obviously a panic attack.
When your already a nervous flyer, being tired - or partied out - will really exacerbate the anxiety and panic.

I couldn't think of a worse place to have one .. in a seriously confined space; yep that's a scary scenario for the poor young fella. Its clear he isn't drunk, so I hope the MH aspect is taking into account when sentencing.

The person who posted the video on TikTok headlined it ""mid-air".

The accompanying news story says the following.

"Zadar Police Department said the man was a 27-year-old Brit, who was accused of ‘disrupting public order and peace in a particularly brazen and indecent manner’ at Zadar Airport in Zemunik Donji, Croatia, on Friday 30 June.

Ryanair said the flight that was due to travel to London Stansted from Zadar 'returned to stand' after a passenger became 'disruptive while preparing for take-off'."

So not mid-air at all, someone playing up while it was still on the ground.

Do you believe the tabloids, i,ve been known to have a panic attack or two in the last couple of years , couple of months ago i boarded a plane was quite OK .sat talking to the fella next to me seat belt on settled in no problem . Looked around the aisle was crowded people shufling along and it hit me full blown panic attack , said to the missis just across from the aisle seat from me ,, i.ve got to get off ,, aisle was full people could'nt move and it was terrible people made room for me to get off ,but the fella next to me just said sit down mate , talk to me i did and it left has quick has it came ,, turned out the best plane jorney i've ever had , wife said you and him never shut up talking the whole 4 hrs LOL

Definetly right , has said above i've just started having them the last couple of years god knows why , but thankfully not often , that one i started to have just hit me when i looked around and seen the aisle fullpeople shuffling along , it was terrible i was seconds away from climbing over the seats to force my way back to the front , I was really lucky that the guy sat next to me was there , he just knew to talk and get my mind changed to a different focus ,, scared me enough though that , i doubt i'll ever fly again , told the wife glad i've done allthe overseas trips i want to do ,fromnow on its car only ,

Also you would think the staff would be trained to spot these things , and know the difference between panic attacks and pissed or drug fooooked , They did with me has soon has the plane took off the hostess was there offering me a bottle of water and some earphones , they spotted it

People need to check actual facts before running their mouths, or stay silent. Tom never attempted to open a door on that airplane, that is completely fabricated "news" (imagine that).....and for those spouting off wild accusations of drunkenness, drug use or mental illness, you're all guilty of defamation/libel.
