First we had that woman in MMA do it.. Seen it a coupe of times now.
I actually put it on and it was right on the part where she got announced the winner, then I switched it over, so I missed it live.

“My opinion is, I hated it,” Heard told Boxing Social. “I hate it. We’ve worked so hard for women in boxing to be respected for their ability, for their merits, for their hard work. One thing we must understand is that ain’t boxing.”
Hearn went on to say that actions like Hemsley’s need to be “booted so far away” from professional boxing.
“It does great numbers. It’s entertainment. It’s all of those things, and what we saw there [with Hemsley],” Hearn continued. “For me, what I’m trying to do and what we’ve been doing for years and years, the sacrifices people have made to be respected — again, it’s not boxing. But at the same time, I think it’s more of a reflection of society than a reflection of good or bad for boxing. I don’t like it.”
“The problem today is you want kids to have great role models,” Hearn said. “Unfortunately, we now live in a world where role models, or influencers, are not necessarily doing things that the older generation, which I class myself as, or parents would want your kids to see or think is acceptable. [It’s] nothing to do with women, nothing to do with men. You want your kids to behave in a certain way. That’s not a way you’d want your kids to behave, in my opinion.”
Hemsley’s original plan was to be moderately covered, but a wardrobe malfunction removed the tassels that were supposed to be attached to her nipples, leading her to accidentally fully flash the audience.

“Wow….. this is a step backwards for womens boxing. Stop this s–t,” Shields shared on Twitter in response to a post about Hemsley’s post-fight display.
Others understood why Hemsley chose to do what she did.
IBF bantamweight champ Ebanie Bridges believed she was only doing what social media influencers do.
“I get why she’s done it… she’s an ‘influencer’ it’s all about views & she knows it would break the internet, get views & everyone would be talking about it,” Bridges shared on Twitter. “So she has succeeded in that… it’s influencer boxing their goal is to break the internet.”

They are acting like womens boxing is actually a highly skilled sport. Most of them are rubbish and the fights are mostly all distance boring fights. Not to say men don't have that in them as Josh Kelly shows when he fights but the skill level is much lower. You'd think we were getting the 2nd coming of Carlos Monzon in a female ring the way they are going on about it. Womens boxing is something that has to be force fed because most fans don't want to watch it. Katie Taylor got a few cards she clearly didn't deserve and of course the Irish are going to support anyone Irish winning anything since they barely win at international level in most sports. I'd rather watch this girl with the hope that she gets her t*ts out, even though they seemed to be anti gravity t*ts, than watch any other female fight to be honest. Maybe they'd get more views if they took her lead....

It's not boxing. It's a celeb freak show fight. This had no more to do with women's boxing than those two fat guys falling over each other a few months back had to do with men's.

Is it really "women showing their ability" when it's a misfit boxing show? It says it in the name ffs. You have internet celebrities, who are mostly idiots, competing then expect idiotic things.
Then again, I remember there being topless ring card girls back when the white collar circuit was extremely popular with Lenny McLean and Roy Shaw, etc fighting in extremely small boxing rings. Can Britain really complain when it's a country that still has nude models in some newspapers?
