Rossman is like Buster Douglas. Decent skills but he only put it all together for one fight, the first fight with Galindez. Torres easily, don't know which round.

Torres would stop Rossman in 6 rounds.

I'm not sure about this one because I've seen very little of Torres's fights. But I know Rossman's career well, and realize he fought up to world-class standards only once or twice in his career. Those fights were his fist Galindez match, when he won the WBA world title, and (possibly) his third Quarry fight, where he impressively TKO'd a contender.

Aside from those two wins, the quality of Mike's performances was not that impressive. He often seemed vulnerable when fighting tough opponents, mostly because of leaky defense and lack of focus. By contrast, Torres was one of the division's dominant fighters for years.

So, if I had to guess, I'd say Torres wins it.
