I'll be the odd ball. Cobb eventually knocks out Williams after losing every second of the fight before hand.
Williams had a weak chin

Williams wears out hitting Cobb on the chin and then gets stopped when Cobb finally catches up to him.

Williams wins on points, very possibly by a wide margin. He had a height, reach, speed, and technical advantage over Cobb, who'd be eating jabs all night long.
Obviously Cobb would never be hurt. He was unusually durable and could absorb Williams's shots with impunity.
