Mickey Goodwin vs Frank Fletcher

Circa 1982, 12/160, who wins?
Goodwin never proved himself to be anything more than a prospect. His only notable win was a decision over savvy clubfighter Teddy Mann. He'd also been KO'd by spoiler Ted Sanders, who had a 2-9-2 record. Clearly Mickey wasn't a world contender.
Animal Fletcher was that much more advanced than Goodwin. By 1982, Fletcher was world-rated and had racked up a string of impressive victories against tough foes like Clint Jackson, Tony Braxton, Ernie Singletary, and Sammy NeSmith. He often fought on live TV.
For these reasons, I assume Fletcher had superior ability and experience. I'd expect Fletcher to win.
As for the fight, it would be an in-fighting war. Goodwin might rock and hurt Fletcher a few times (the Animal's chin wasn't the best). But overall Fletcher outfights and outmuscles Goodwin.
I can't venture a guess as to whether this goes the distance.
