Re: Jeamie Tshikeva - How Far Will He Go?
Turned a fight down with Sol Dacres saying he had a fight sorted for September.
Never fought in September.
He’ll be diverted along the route that the rival promoters don’t have champions in so British, English and Southern area are out.
I don’t think he’s fought a 10 rounder yet either.
That’s the criticism. The praise is I reckon he’d beat Johnny Fisher, maybe doesn’t have the power of Fisher but has a better work rate and fitness and better fundamentals.

He’s fighting on Saturday. Never heard of his opponent but looks like a pretty record with no substance.jameswilson wrote: ↑28 Sep 2023, 11:03 Turned a fight down with Sol Dacres saying he had a fight sorted for September.

The guy he's fighting on Saturday has a tremendously padded record. He defended the Brazilian heavyweight title against a debutant.jameswilson wrote: ↑28 Sep 2023, 11:03 Turned a fight down with Sol Dacres saying he had a fight sorted for September.

In my defence This fight must have been added in the last few days as I looked at the top 20 ranked uk boxers on boxrec on Monday and (we know about Fury) none of the top 20 had a fight scheduled I think Moses Jolly was the highest rated heavy with a fight upcoming.

british level tops
Re: Jeamie Tshikeva - How Far Will He Go?
I don't know why, but I have a feeling he'll lose early on to an 'opponent'. He dropped a few rounds to Harry Armstrong, which isn't a good sign.

Didn’t look in good condition on the scale for his fight tonight.

Looked at his weight and he’s been near 260 his last few fights so it is more or less what he usually is.
The Brazilian opponent has a beautiful set of roid tits as well.

Re: Jeamie Tshikeva - How Far Will He Go?
I had the 'pleasure' of watching the Brazilian vs Sergei Kusman. He has a nasty habit of standing on the ropes, square on, waiting to be punched in the face. I think it'll either be a first round KO for Jeamie or a one paced snooze fest.jameswilson wrote: ↑30 Sep 2023, 07:59 Looked at his weight and he’s been near 260 his last few fights so it is more or less what he usually is.

Jeamie really is in poor shape for an athlete, I used to think it made a difference but Tyson always looks flabby. Wonder if it is poor lifestyle, or just lardy.jameswilson wrote: ↑30 Sep 2023, 07:59 Looked at his weight and he’s been near 260 his last few fights so it is more or less what he usually is.

Yeah given Kuzmin ironed Joe Joyce out in the amateurs and took a while to stop this Brazilian I’d imagine a distance fight in this one isn’t out of the question.

To be fair though mate you also said ‘it'll either be a first round KO for Jeamie or a one paced snooze fest’ for this one so you had your bases covered!
Good shout though on saying he’d lose early in his career.

I change my mind a lot, but I'm a Jew, what do you expect.maverick23 wrote: ↑01 Oct 2023, 06:16To be fair though mate you also said ‘it'll either be a first round KO for Jeamie or a one paced snooze fest’ for this one so you had your bases covered!

He looked like the opponent sent in to give the prospect a few rounds

He couldn't cope with the pace of macedo, never able to get any rhythm. Nasty cut at the end.
It was a carbon copy of the Johnnie Rice punch that ripped open Vianello`s eye. You can't do anything about it
That said, it was a good little heavyweight scrap

He was woeful, looked area level. Fat, Ponderous, terrible punch technique and just couldn't cope with the pace. I would say terrible matchmaking from boxxer but what can you do with that kind of level of fighter.funso banjo baby wrote: ↑01 Oct 2023, 13:21 He couldn't cope with the pace of macedo, never able to get any rhythm. do we think he'll come again or quietly get dropped
Re: Jeamie Tshikeva - How Far Will He Go?
They might put him in a crossroads fight, which sounds crazy this early in his career.
