Both were complete fighters, but, the great great Ezzard Charles was faster.

Both of them having to weigh in at 190 pounds. I think Ezzard Charles could outbox Holyfield over 15.
If the fight is both of them at their Heavyweight best. I feel like Holyfield reached his full potential as a Heavyweight, and whereas Ezzard while still a great fighter his best was not as a Heavyweight.
At Cruiserweight I take Ezzard via close decision
At Heavyweight I take Holyfield to stop him around the 10th or 11th round.
