I 'd love to say Roldan but his best traits were being able to bang and war with opponents, and Canelo has a great chin and would outbox him. UD

Canelo is definitely the higher caliber fighter and would win by wide margin. But I haven't studied either boxer sufficiently to say if it ends in stoppage or by decision.
Roldan's only real advantage in this fight would be his power punching, which Canelo would certainly neutralize.
