What a great performance by both lads. Just like to hear what others thought. Watching it live at the arena i thought Cheeky did enough to edge the bout 6-4. I watched it again last night on TV and stand by that. Taking nothing away from England or the judges though, there were many close rounds.

Very, very close and a draw wouldn't have surprised. Skill and evasion abilities by both was top notch. Kudos to both!

In fact, all fights went the distance and were well worth watching, except for that rubbish dished out by Long in the heavyweight 4 rounder. Fancy only throwing 8 punches in 2 rounds and having only 2 landing.

Myself and my sons travelled from Perth for the card and must say walked out thoroughly impressed with all bouts. Very well matched (aside from the H'weights). Really well run event and other than the guy behind us who was so pissed at 10am he didnt stay awake for the entire card, it was worth the trip.
If No Limit keep putting these cards on I'd definitely travel again, maybe for a Sam Goodman title bout !!
