Prime for prime, Mercer would overwhelm Neon Leon behind his jabs and body punches to knock Leon out in 4 rounds. What do you guys think and who do you got?

Mercer stops Leon no later than the middle rounds. Mercer's advantages in weight, strength, durability, and power would prove to be insurmountable. Leon simply lacked the physical size to mess with big, skilled brutes like Mercer.

Too bad the cruiserweight division didn't exist in the late 1970s, when Leon was making his name. That's the division he really belonged in, and at the 190 or 195 lbs weight limit, he could have been a great champion.
