Where does Francis Ngannou rank among Fury’s opponents?

Looks like he’s in the top 3 at least.
Yes I can agree with thatKilburn wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 08:03 I think all this “Fury didn’t train a day for this fight” speculation is giving him a pass that he doesn’t deserve.
Fury didn’t look in top form, but he was trying all the usual moves we’ve been used to seeing from that ugly, awkward style. To me, he didn’t look vastly different to what I’ve watched before.
The opponent had a lot to do with Fury’s performance last night. He’s been overrated for a long time.
A rare and fair assessment. So many morons on here rewrite history after one fight. Not one of whom will have scored this objectively. Go and watch it and score each round with no music. It was a drab fight. A rubbish fight. But Fury won by a few rounds. Against a nobody so no pride won but he won.
Wow he was so impressive that he scored 12 rounds to zero in a 10 round fightThe Gratest wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 20:31 I watched it again, with the sound off, scoring objectively, without bias, and scored it 120-107 Ngannou.
I operate a 12 point must system.tiny_acres wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 21:20Wow he was so impressive that he scored 12 rounds to zero in a 10 round fightThe Gratest wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 20:31 I watched it again, with the sound off, scoring objectively, without bias, and scored it 120-107 Ngannou.![]()

We need to reinvent the wheel and only have mathematicians score fights
Fury basically looked the same as he did prior to the Wilder fights, which were the only time he ever looked like a big puncher in the ring against a very lanky heavyweight with not much weight on him.Kilburn wrote: ↑29 Oct 2023, 08:03 I think all this “Fury didn’t train a day for this fight” speculation is giving him a pass that he doesn’t deserve.

chuckled at the boars meat bit, can remember that argument they had, and paying a farmer to peddle the lie until he forgot the script.coneye wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 16:36 Her just shown what most have known for a while , Fury is just not very good , Wilder is his greatest win , and Wilder really is a terrrible champ with more handpicked fights than any other heavyweight in history ,, you can't count Klitchko because Klitchko was old and weary , Fury was full of boars meat , and fury refused the rematch fighting clean , other than that who's really on Furys resume thats actually good , White , Chisora , .
Ngannou is probably one of his best opponents
And someone on this forum recounted what Fury said on oath in a related court case. Some nonsense after he was challenged by the scientific fact he’d have to have eaten ten testicles a day for a year or something to get that drug test result. And Fury said he did eat that many. And you wonder why he isn’t that popular on the forum?SeanBrennan wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 17:00chuckled at the boars meat bit, can remember that argument they had, and paying a farmer to peddle the lie until he forgot the script.coneye wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 16:36 Her just shown what most have known for a while , Fury is just not very good , Wilder is his greatest win , and Wilder really is a terrrible champ with more handpicked fights than any other heavyweight in history ,, you can't count Klitchko because Klitchko was old and weary , Fury was full of boars meat , and fury refused the rematch fighting clean , other than that who's really on Furys resume thats actually good , White , Chisora , .

I am beginning to. Although in his defence, he does talk bollocks so eating that many testicles could be the cause of it..polecateddy wrote: ↑31 Oct 2023, 17:07And someone on this forum recounted what Fury said on oath in a related court case.
