Toney UD in an interesting fight.
I was having this one in mind not too long ago, actually.
More often than not, solid boxers with good fundamentals would give Martinez fits. Of course, Toney was just that and even more.
However, many seem to forget that even when he was at his best, Toney had a tendency of giving away rounds and making certain fights closer than they should've been. So, I believe Martinez will bank some rounds early on with his potent combinations. Toney will also take some time to get used to Martinez's speed and movement.
But Martinez was overly reliant on athleticism. Fundamentally, he wasn't the greatest fighter. I think, by round 4 or 5 Toney will adjust and will start timing Martinez with his counters. Might even drop Sergio for a flash knockdown at a certain point.

Martinez UD, something like 115-113,116-112. Close good fight with Martinez’ athleticism and volume of punching winning the day

Martinez UD
His mobility, and speed allows him to beat a Toney who was never really at his best as a Middleweight.
